Adnan Ghalib , the former boyfriend of Britney Spears who was reported by various tabloid outlets to be pitching a sex tape of he and the pop star, is reportedly denying that the tape even exists.

TMZ.com is reporting that the member of the paparazzi/ex-boyfriend has hired lawyers in his native England to sue the tabloids who have attributed quotes to him falsely. He is saying he never gave such quotes. The various items posted have said that he had a two-hour sex tape in his possession and was talking about selling it, but he denies all of that. TMZ’s sources also say that Britney is sure that there is no tape in existence.
