Motion to Dismiss at Max Hardcore Trial
Posted on June 3rd, 2008 by GenesisEditor under NewsAttorneys for Max Hardcore asked the judge at his obscenity trial in Tampa to dismiss the case on a variety of reasons. The judge was said to be considering the motion. Also, former performer Summer Luv testified for the defense yesterday about her “positive experiences” working with Max, as well as stating how her scenes usually transpired before, during and after, and painted the porn veteran as a caring director.
