For the first time in history, the AVN Adult Movie Awards will make its TV premiere and enjoy an exclusive window on VOD and PPV.  The AVN Awards Show takes place in Las Vegas every January, honoring the adult film industry with a stylish red carpet event and lavish star-studded awards show.  The on-demand and PPV content provides coverage of the awards ceremony, as well as exclusive additional footage.

The 2010 AVN Awards took place in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 9 at the Palms Hotel & Casino.  Avail-TVN will offer a full suite of programming, produced and marketed by AVN, including:

• PPV Content including an edited version of the 2010 Awards Program, with red carpet and behind-the-scenes coverage, set to air on February 5^th, with encore performances throughout the month.
• VOD Content including the “2010 AVN Awards Program”, and “AVN Insider”, the uncensored, extended version of the 2009 Awards Program, and a free Adult Awards Show Preview.
