As reported on The SmokingGun.com, an Indiana man was arrested on a felony indecency charge after police observed him inserting a hammer into his anus in front of the wide open door and window of his home.

A female police office was driving past the home of 56-year-old Ronald Miller when she noticed him standing in front of a window naked with the shades pulled wide open. The officer called for backup and the two officers approached Miller’s residence. The front door was open, and when the officers looked in they saw Miller on his couch inserting a hammer into his rectum. The hammer was covered in a plastic bag, and, according to the police reports, the officers observed that there was some kind of lubricant covering Miller’s genital area and buttocks. This lubricant was later identified as motor oil.

Miller saw the police enter his home, but did not remove the hammer from his anus until the officers confronted him. When told he was under arrest for public indecency, Miller asked if the police could “give him break.” Miller was taken into custody and it was later discovered that he had been arrested for a previous incident that involved public nudity.

The officers later interviewed a neighbor who said that Miller was known for parading naked in front of his window “24/7” for everyone in the neighborhood to see.
