As reported on Chicagotribune.com an enterprising young man has started a business where he will deliver sex toys to people in need at any time of the day or night.

Anthony Mikrut got the inspiration for his business venture late one night almost three years ago when he and his girlfriend found themselves in need of erotic toys to enhance their sexual experience.

“We figured you can get pizza any time of night,” said Mikrut, 33. “Why can’t you get [sex] toys?”

That night led to the launch of The Kinky Llama, a company that delivers sex toys with the promise of having the product to you, within most sections of the Chicago area, within one hour of making your order.

The Kinky Llama has been in business for over two years and Mikrut claims that business is booming despite these tough economic times.

“I think people like to have a little fun when they’re not having the best time in the market,” Mikrut said.

The Kinky Llama stocks about 1,500 items, from videos and marital aids to specially designed furniture and novelties (including the Blow Up Billy Goat pictured here), and he tosses his wares into a bag or bike trailer when it’s time for a delivery. So far, he said, all of his rush orders have come at night or in the early morning — and almost all have come from women.

Mikrut says that his ultimate goal is to open a classy adult boutique. In the meantime, he’s just glad to be in a business that can truly claim to have satisfied customers.

“Everyone I [talk to], they’re always happy,” he said. “That’s my favorite part.”
