Straight out of the “now I’ve seen everything” file we bring you the story of a baby born with a penis attached to his back. British tabloid publication, The Sun has published this story about a baby born with an extremely rare condition called fetus in fetu or FIF.

The child was born in Hejian City, which is located in the Henan Province in Central China to Li Jun a local farmer. The mother of the child was not named in the story.

The baby was rushed to Tianjin Childrens’ Hospital, where doctors operated for three hours to remove the male genitalia from the middle of the baby’s back.

According to the story, doctors reported that the baby was doing fine and his back was now penis-free.
