A report on TheSmokingGun.com says that an Oklahoma woman, who was facing charges related to participating in obscene acts with dogs, rejected a plea bargain offer when she learned part of the deal included her having to register as a sex offender.

55-year-old Diane Whalen, and her 55-year-old boyfriend Donald Seigfried were both arrested last June after Whalen’s son turned over videos, which depicted his mother having sex with dogs, to the Tulsa police. Whalen’s son found the videos in his mother’s home when he was house sitting and taking care of his mother’s dogs. According to a District Court affidavit it is alleged that Seigfried taped Whalen engaging in manual masturbation, oral sex and intercourse with at least three different dogs, and that these videos were being shot for the purpose of selling on the Internet. The taped footage also shows Seigfried holding a dog’s erect penis and penetrating a dog’s anus with his hand.

Whalen and Seigfried have both waived a preliminary hearing, and are both scheduled to be arraigned today on two felony counts of crimes against nature.
