A man in Fort Walton Beach, FL finds himself charged with indecent exposure for pulling out his erect penis at the Florida State Vocational Rehabilitation Office.

Upon his apprehension, the 30-year-old man had explained to police that he thought a female office worker was “digging him,” so he pulled it out to show her.

According to police reports, the female victim was “visibly upset” when the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office deputy arrived to take the report. She said when she went into the waiting room to get the man, he was sitting on the couch, with his genitals exposed. She said she was horrified and that the man got up and left the building after putting his boner away.

The man told the deputy he was there for an appointment. When asked about the exposure incident, he “smiled slightly” and confessed that he thought the woman was “digging him.”
