A woman in China is protesting outside a plastic surgery hospital where she had an unsuccessful breast implant procedure done by exposing her breasts to the public while banging a gong.

According to a report in the New Culture Daily, Ms Zhao claims the implants she received to enlarge her breasts at the Kang Mei Hospital in Foushan left her sore and lopsided.

Zhao is demanding more than £8,000 to cover her surgery fees and compensation for the distress caused by the failure of the operation, citing that the botched surgery has forced her into an early retirement from her job as an ‘entertainment worker’.

A spokesperson from the hospital says the institution refuses to pay Zhao any restitution, claiming that her problems are a result of her physical condition.

The hospital has offered to do corrective surgery on Zhao for free, but Zhao has declined the offer, saying– “I’m a living person, not a piece of cloth to be freely cut open and sewn up.”

Zhao went on to threaten– “If the hospital does not compensate me, I will tour the whole city nude to show everybody what they have done.”
