News4jax.com reports that a 74-year-old disabled man in Jacksonville, FL is claiming to have been attacked over an erectile dysfunction pill.

The altercation centered around a Cialis pill, which the victim, who asked not to be identified, had a prescription.

“So when I turn, next thing I know I’m on my knees. He hit me in back of head,” said the man of his attacker who is said to be thirty years younger than his victim.

According to police reports, the victim attempted to sell a Cialis pill to the attacker for $5, and when the disabled man asked for his money “the suspect became irritated,” and this led to the attack.

“(He) Knocked me down,” the victim explained. “Now, I got one leg, and I’m 74 years old. He’s 40 years old. I think it’s cowardly. Back in my day, if a guy was like I am now, nobody would touch him,” he said.

The news reports states that the attacker has not been arrested. The victim says he is upset with police, saying that they were not as helpful because it’s illegal to sell a prescription drug.

“They said that due to fact that I was selling pills, that wrecks my credibility, and then I don’t have witness of him knocking me down,” said the victim.
