No Deal! says Ex-Game Show Model

April Scott, a former briefcase model for the popular prime-time game show “Deal or No Deal,” reportedly filed suit against Las Vegas strip club Little Darlings, which is owned by Deja Vu, Inc.. The model is claiming in the suit that the club used her image in promotional materials without her consent.

The suit, which was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court against parent company Deja Vu, Inc., is asking for damages in excess of $25,000.
