A university in Taiwan has introduced a course that teaches
students how to appreciate and analyze XXX movies.

As reported in the United Daily News, the Mass Communication Department of Providence University began offering the class this semester.

One of the requirements to pass the class is for each student to give a 15-minute presentation where they analyze an audience’s psychological reaction to a porn clip from an academic perspective.

Upon registering for the voluntary course, students sign an agreement that, if they find the sex scenes to be too much for them, they could choose to leave the classroom

Assistant professor Miss Chen Mingmei, who teaches the porn class, reports that no student has ever left her class, however some of her pupils have covered their eyes during the more graphic scenes.

The school reports that more than 50 students have registered for the course, and that most of those students confessed that they had previously watched porn.

Polled students said that curiosity was the main reason they are taking this class, and most of them admitted their parents did not know what they were studying.
