Adult actor Brian Surewood, whose real name is Brian Gilbert Barnes, was officially charged with murder as decided by Judge Leslie A. Dunn during a prelimenary hearing on his case.

After hearing testimony from both of the defendant’s attorneys, prosecutors and witnesses, the judge ruled that both Surewood and Ayon will go to trial for murder, vehicular manslaughter and reckless driving. The trial date has not been set yet.

Last October, Surewood was arrested along with another driver, Armando Ayon, after the two were either racing or chasing one another in a busy San Fernando Valley neighborhood. It has been reported that Ayon lost control of his vehicle and struck several parked vehicles, which in turn caused the death of a 5-year-old boy, his mother lost her leg and the 10-month-old daughter sustained severe head injuries.
