Hollywood wild man Andy Dick was arrested Wednesday on drug possession and sexual battery charges after he allegedly yanked down the top of a 17-year-old female in Murrieta, California.

An Associated Press story states that police responded to a call at Buffalo Wild Wings in the early hours of Wednesday morning where it was reported that “an intoxicated male” was creating a disturbance and urinating outside the bar. When the police arrived on the scene, the 17-year-old alleged victim said that Dick had approached her outside the bar and “grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts.”

The 42-year-old Dick, who is best known for his role on the hit sitcom “NewsRadio” and appearances in such movies as Old School and The Comebacks, was later apprehended at a nearby retail store. Upon being apprehended the police found Marijuana and a single Xanax pill in his possession. He was booked on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor sexual battery and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and released on $5,000 bail.

Those familiar with Andy Dick’s antics know that this is just the latest incident in what is becoming a long list of public displays of unstableness in the comedian’s on, and off-camera life. The AP story states that Dick has reportedly exposed himself to club audiences on more than one occasion, and has been accused of groping patrons and urinating on one such patron at an Ohio comedy club last year. Other incidents include his repeated uninvited touching of Ivanka Trump getting him forcibly thrown off the set of the “Jimmy Kimmel Live” television program, and a 1999 arrest for drug possession after Dick drove his car into a telephone pole in Hollywood.
