Ashley Dupre Is Being Sued Over Stolen Identity
Posted on July 18th, 2008 by Genesis_DB under NewsTo be filmed for her steamy Girls Gone Wild performance, a then 17-year-old Ashley Dupre used a fake ID. Now the woman whose ID was used by Dupre is suing the famed call girl, according to a post on Thehollywoodgossip.com.
The sexy footage was shot in 2003, when Dupre fooled GGW producers by passing off the New Jersey driver’s license of Amber Arpaio, claiming that this was her alias.
A lawyer for the real Amber Arpaio is claiming that the driver’s license got into Dupre’s hands by “accident,” and that Arpaio’s name has been tarnished due to its association with Dupre and her involvement with Girls Gone Wild and being named as the high-price call girl in the Eliot Spitzer scandal.
Arpaio is also suing Girls Gone Wild in her defamation and invasion of privacy lawsuit. The amount she is seeking in damages was not specified in the Thehollywoodgossip.com story.
