Though not spreading her legs anymore on porn sets, what XXX icon Jenna Jameson is spreading is the word about spaying and neutering cats and dogs. Always out to call a bit of special attention to herself, the 34-year-old Jameson appears in a PETA ad sans clothing next to a headline that reads, “Sometimes Too Much Sex Can Be a Bad Thing.”

In an interview published in US Magazine, Jameson talked about her new pet cause. “Until dogs and cats can go on the pill or wear condoms, we need to help them practice safe sex-by spaying and neutering.”

Jameson had been making headlines most recently in reports that she was pregnant with the baby of her current boyfriend, and MMA star, Tito Ortiz.

Though the pregnancy rumors are yet to be officially confirmed, Jenna Jameson has made her opinion on the issue of birth control for pets publicly known. “Millions of homeless animals are turned in to shelters every year because there simply aren’t enough good homes for them all,” Jameson told Us Magazine. “The answer is easy as ABC: animal birth control, which means get Fido and Fluffy fixed!”
