We all know him in the porn world as Jean Val Jean, but to the audiences who are watching Bravo’s new reality series, “Chef Academy,” they know him as Emmanuel DelCour, aspiring chef. It seems Jean, er Emmanuel, is on the show and as his bio on the show’s official website states, there is nothing written about him bangin’ the hottest babes in XXX for a few years. They do list his occupation as a “Graphic Artist.” That’s pretty close to an accurate description! Here’s the bio from the site:

“Born and raised in the South of France, DelCour moved to California four years ago. In his time in Los Angeles, he has acted in commercials and television series and worked as a personal trainer. Full of eclectic talents and hobbies besides cooking, he enjoys swimming cage free with Great White Sharks, drawing and graphic design. As a child in France, intricate delicacies and traditional dishes inspired a love food and cooking. DelCour hopes to share this love as the host of his own food oriented television show.”

But in the second episode of the show, two of his fellow students do some snooping and find their fellow castmate’s porno profile on IAFD.com. Also, it seems DelCour was late for his first day of class. Check out the video clips…
