Robert W. Linger, the vice president and general manager of Fox television affiliate, WTVT-Ch. 13 in Tampa Bay, Florida was one of six men arrested on Friday May, 16 and charged with “exposure of a sexual organ and lewd and lascivious behavior.”

According to the story as it was reported in the St. Petersburg Times, the alleged crime took place at the Fantasy Land Adult Video Store in Tampa. Linger and the five other men were arrested after they formed a circle around the undercover officers inside the theater and began masturbating. The men were taken to the Orient Road Jail, and Linger was later released on $750 bail.

The St. Petersburg Times quoted an employee of the Fantasy Land Adult Video Store as saying, “Fantasy Land has a full-screen theater with couches. There is a sign inside the theater that states ‘no sexual acts allowed beyond this point.’ The theater is considered a public place.”
