Mary Carey, who was going to leave the adult industry and stay sober after being treated by Dr. Drew Pinsky on “Celebrity Rehab” and “Sober House” is making her  return to porn. According to gossip site TMZ, Carey is starring in Celebrity Pornhab with Dr. Screw, which satirizes the VH1 show.

On both shows, the noted doctor encouraged Carey to stay away from the biz, as he felt the environment might cause Mary to abuse drugs and alcohol, but tt seems that Mary has a plan of her own.

According to TMZ, Pinsky Twittered about Mary’s plans. He’s quoted as writing, “for those of you wondering about my feelings about Mary Ellen Cook’s [Mary Carey’s] choice to mock : Res ipsa loquitur. Makes me very sad.” That’s Latin for “the thing speaks for itself.” Did he just call Mary a thing? Hmmm…

The new DVD is slated for release through Red Light District on June 2.
