According to a report on TMZ.com, a producer for the Playboy Radio show, “Night Calls” is claiming that the show’s co-host created a “hostile work environment” with overt sexual behavior, and that she has been subjected to racist language both on and off the air from Playboy Radio employees.

Terri Hughes, a producer for the “Night Calls” program claims that co-host Christy Canyon created a hostile working environment, and accuses Canyon of actions including– “exposing her genitals and breasts to co-workers, making requests to guests and co-workers to touch her genitals and breasts, and masturbating herself with her own hands as well as with various sex toys during live broadcasts of “Night Calls.’”

Hughes, who is African-American, also claims that she was asked repeatedly to “wax” Canyon’s “ass” during a live “Night Calls” program. In addition, Hughes alleges that when the host of another Playboy show, who is also African American, asked if Hughes could work on her show, an executive producer for Playboy Radio responded, “I don’t know how to say this, and it might offend you, but I’m just going to say it anyway– no Negro shows.”

The TMZ.com report says that Hughes is seeking unspecified damages, and that their calls to Playboy for comment were not immediately returned.
