Actress, hostess and red carpet journalist Lisa Rinna recently told People magazine that she prefers being naked to hosting events.

Rinna’s fans will be happy to know that the former “Melrose Place” star will be getting comfortable in the Mat issue of Playboy magazine.

“I want to encourage other women to be proud of their bodies no matter what age or size,” the 45-year-old actress said on the subject of body issues.

X-Play’s upcoming sitcum Not Three’s Company XXX will soon bask in the glow of a national television audience as TV powerhouse Entertainment Tonight has just concluded interviewing cast members for a story that will air nationwide next week.  The DVD directed by Will Ryder will be in stores March 10th via distribution from Hustler Video.

Cast members Brynn Tyler and Penny Flame along with X-Play co-producer Scott David spent the morning on the sprawling Studio City, California soundstage of the former Mary Tyler Moore studios and were interviewed for the hardcore spoof of the beloved Three’s Company.

ET producers reasoned that the adult parody of the ABC Television show would appeal to their diverse audience because of the popularity of the original show plus the enduring fascination with the show’s stars Suzanne Somers, Joyce Dewitt and the late great John Ritter who together formed a sizzling boundary-pushing trio back in the late 1970’s.

“Three’s Company is still a very steamy show.  Each episode was loaded with sexual innuendo and we felt it would make a great comedy in which to create a porn parody and I’m really happy that ET and The Insider wanted to do a feature story on it,” stated X-Play’s David.

Nude Nite is an annual three-evening event in held in Tampa, Florida that brings hundreds visual artists and performers together for the purpose of celebrating the human body in all its beauty.

The event began in 1997 and the event features everything from photographs and paintings, to live body painting, sensual performances, shapely sculpture and experimental installations.

Executive Producer Bo Kenney and SexZ Pictures are thrilled to announce that two of SexZ’s biggest movies have been selected for inclusion in the 2009 CineKink Film Festival.

The 2006 release Corruption is screening in conjunction with the festival’s “Bring It” programming on Saturday, February 28th. The 2007 release Upload is being screened as part of the closing night festivities on Sunday, March 1st. Both films are the work of SexZ’s contract director Eli Cross.

Also screening on Saturday night is the hysterical Upload: The Emergency Rough Cut short directed by Kylie Ireland. Created as a not-to-be-missed DVD extra, The Emergency Rough Cut features an alternate version of the nearly five-hour epic performed in only 12 minutes. By sock puppets.

Friends of BurningAngel are taking a 13-day trek through Northern Thailand, a journey which is being hosted by amfAR: The Foundation for AIDS Research, dedicated to ending the global AIDS epidemic. Since its formation in 1985, amfAR has invested $260 million and has awarded grants to more than 2,000 research teams worldwide. It’s spearhead impressive results—including pioneering the research that led to the use of antiretroviral drugs to block mother-to-infant HIV transmission, bringing treatment to African nations, and forming a 17,000-person observational database following the course of HIV before and after treatment in the United States.

The Thailand trip aims to raise funds and awareness for amfAR’s efforts to quell HIV and AIDS in Southeast Asia and the rest of the world. And, of course, the trip itself will be an incredible experience for the small number of participants! Billed as a “physical challenge fundraising event,” it’ll involve trekking across Thailand’s ancient trade route, The Old Elephant Trail. I’ll be trekking (a.k.a., walking/hiking) for 4-7 hours each day, visiting parts of the country few Westerners get to see; and passing through national parks and lush forests, and over mountains. I’ll also visit Bangkok and Chiang Mai, tour temples and villages, and learn about amfAR’s efforts to combat the AIDS crisis in Thailand through education, clinics, hospitals, and research institutions.

The Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS estimates that there are now 40 million people living with HIV or AIDS worldwide. Most of them don’t know they carry HIV and may be spreading the virus to others. In Thailand , at least one million people have become HIV positive and more than 400,000 have died from AIDS in the last 20 years—but that number doesn’t represent the true tragedy, due to thenn secrecy and brutality surrounding the illegal sex-worker industry. However, the World Bank estimates that, without the country’s proactive anti-HIV campaigns (including amfAR’s extensive efforts), 7.7 million more Thais would have become infected.

As reported yesterday, Vivid Entertainment offered the OctoMom $1 million and a health plan to appear in a number of their movies under their Vivid-Celeb sub-brand, but Nadya Suleman has turned down the offer according to various reports on the Net.

“I think it’s kind of funny that I got offered a million dollars to make porn,” Suleman said according to RadarOnline.com. “Those guys at Vivid video must be nuts! Who wants to see me naked? Maybe in a year when the baby fat goes away. Of course, if I have more kids I may have to ask for two million dollars.”

Pink Visual countered Vivid’s offer by saying they would provide OctoMom with a year’s supply of cloth diapers for her to turn down the contract.

“At Pink Visual, we believe it is possible to be both a pornographer and a person with a conscience and a sense of social responsibility,” Kim Kysar, manager of Pink Visual said in a letter sent to Suleman. “It simply isn’t in your interest, and more importantly in the best interest of your children, for you to become a porn star.” There has yet to be official word if Suleman is taking PV up on their offer for the “green” solution.

Our friends over at Howard TV have some great stuff going on…

Janessa Brazil has been selected as Miss Howard TV March 2009 for Howard Stern’s Howard TV On Demand service. Janessa emigrated to the U.S. from Brazil at 12 years old and was a straight A student at an all-girl Catholic school. During her interview with Stern, it became obvious that her strict upbringing actually had the opposite effect. Howard Stern Show’s On Demand channel will be filming a new TV seriescalled Strip Beer Pong. It’s the second chapter in the service’s off beat sports shows, coming on the heels (so to speak) of Bowling Beauties last May, in which bikini-clad ladies competed in high-heeled bowling shoes. This new series has a bit of a different angle.  It is Beer Pong, but of course, as only the Stern crew can do it.

Over the past few years, Beer Pong has certainly grown in popularity around the country, spawning a national league, online versions, an official site, official Beer Pong Tables, numerous blogs and famous (infamous?) players such as Michael Phelps. We don’t think anyone has yet done Strip Beer Pong – at least, not for a television series.   Leave it to the Howard Stern production team to come up with it. They talked about her start in show biz doing stand up at Richie Minervini’s The East Side Comedy Club when she was only 16. She had actually memorized Jerry Seinfeld’s act that she saw on TV the night before and performed it the next night at the club. O’Donnell said, “I did his act exactly, including all his inflections.”

Stern and O’Donnell discussed topics ranging from drinking; drugs; gay rights; Kabbalah; her friendship with Madonna; her feelings about doing another talk show; her four kids and why she is not yet on Facebook. She said the closest she ever got to an orgy was Madonna’s “Sex” party for her book. O’Donnell and Stern show side-kick Artie Lange shared stories on sexuality, body image and depression.

Howard said he always had an issue with her because he thought she was dishonest about her sexuality. Rosie said that it the 90s “the media didn’t ask about it.” But Howard admitted that he “started liking her when she came out of the closet.”

Ultimately, there was a serious side to the interview. She has become an advocate to reform the foster care system, which she says is terribly broken. “There are too many kids with nowhere to go.”

Yesterday TMZ.com reported that Nadya Suleman, better known in the public forum as OctoMom, was offered $1,000,000 by Vivid Entertainment to star in a porn flick. Later it was reported that Vivid upped the offer by saying they will agree to pay her family full medical and dental insurance if she becomes a Vivid “contract girl.”

Today TMZ.com has a follow up on the story as the gossip site is reporting that rival porn production company, Pink Visual has stepped in to make an appeal to Suleman not to take the Vivid offer.

Fearing that Nadya Suleman “will become the subject of endless ridicule and scorn,” the president of Pink Visual has offered Octomom a “full year’s worth of diapers” if she does not embark on an adult movie career.

In a letter sent to Suleman, Pink Visual warns, “There’s a great deal of stigma attached to being a porn star” and that she needs to think “in the best interest of your children.”

So the woman who recently gave birth to eight children and is the mother of 14 is faced with either becoming a millionaire porn star or simply remaining as a punchline for public and media ridicule.

Then again there’s always “Dancing With The Stars.”

Has the OctoMom’s luck changed for the better? Nadya Suleman, the controversial mom who made history after giving birth to octuplets, is  being offered a deal of up to $1 million plus a year of health insurance for her family to make a movie with Vivid Entertainment..

“Nadya obviously needs income to assure that her children are secure so we are offering her up to $1 million to act in one movie,” said Steven Hirsch co-chairman of Vivid.  “We’ve had many single mothers work with us over the years and their income from Vivid has been very important to them. We would schedule production so that the movie could be shot in less than one week.”

According to recent reports Nadya’s PR agency has stopped representing her, a book agent decided not to handle her story and she’s being derided by ordinary citizens who say that taxpayers will wind up paying her hospital tab and future expenses.

“There is a tremendous amount of interest in Nadya and we can help her capitalize on that interest and put some real cash in her bank account,” said Mr. Hirsch. As with our Vivid Girls, she would have her choice of partners, including ‘Octodad.’”

Mr. Hirsch said a movie staring Nadya would be distributed under the Vivid-Celeb imprint.  Vivid-Celeb has released titles starring Pamela Anderson, Kim Kardashian and most recently, former Miss USA Kelli McCarty, who chose the studio to make her transition from NBC daytime star to hardcore porn star with “Faithless,” which has become a top seller since its debut on February 4th.
