Well, I was a 5 foot 10 athlete in high school. My parents put me into every sports camp. I played all year long. My brother was even huge into sports and college football. I didn’t count calories or carbs. My parents were head of my Christian denomination so I naturally became a youth pastor as part of the family business. Ha! I had a budget of $50 a day to pick up donuts and pizza for the basketball practice, football games- what ever sports event, I brought the food.

I packed on 75lbs in less than a year. I was a size 22 wearing a thong and thought I was sexy and hot. I kept buying baggy clothes allowing the weight to happen. But yet at the same time, I could barely walk up the stairs, barely get out of my car. I could no longer play sports with the teens, snowboard, skateboard, pay basketball… nothing. I had literally worked myself out of my own job. I was then fired as my pastor said my ‘stage life’ did not match my ‘personal life’ as a pastor. My eating was out of control.

How did you go from one extreme of being obese to being a pro-mountaineer… a well, paid pro-mountaineer?

Once fired, I was devastated. I went for health insurance and like MANY in America have experienced, I could not get coverage with the pre-existing condition of obesity. This was my wake-up call.

My mom would count calories- I felt like I was starving. I would go on a run., my knees were killing me, shin splints, aching arches…

My mom had a diet book called Protein Power- I read it cover to cover. Bought the groceries and went low carb that day. I lost 35lbs in 3 weeks. I went from eating large pizza’s to turkey bacon and chicken breasts overnight.

I went into resort management as I was living in a Colorado resort. I was working 12-18 hour days and my friends were all hike masters having fun and making money. I started hiking, nude hiking with a very open minded girl I was so into… I loved it! Due to religious upbringing I had never been with a guy romantically so I fell for her big time and did not understand the feelings.

The hotel I was working for sent me to The Little Nell in Aspen for an internship as being a preachers kid, I knew nothing about alcohol and was limited on “5-Star” manners. I was packed into employee housing which were all my roomies were pro-mountaineers staying in housing when they were not up in the mountain. I thought- I can do that! I did.

Side Question… Do you still backpack?

Heck yea! I only work in Aspen where it is not completely wrecked by a global recession. I have been doing the Maroon Bells (a mountain in the Elk Mountains) for years so I know it like the back of my hand– in fact, toward the summit, there is a hot spring that I encourage all to get naked at! How cool, huh! But for fun, in June I’ll be back in Colorado for a week to do Mt. Evans. I was rescued from a freak snow storm last May by Search and Rescue, so I have to go back and recover my pride!

Why so extreme in your behavior?

I would say most all porn girls have an addictive personality. Lots of people have a vice- smoking, drinking, sex, drugs, food… My current addiction (ha) would be finishing what I started and compete in figure competitions…. And sex.

Does training kill your sex drive? Do you have any energy left?

Oh my god! My libido goes through the roof. I actually masturbate to the thought of girls on stair masters and running in short shorts! Once I am done at the gym, I have to masturbate or call up a buddy to help me out.

So are you only attracted to athletes and meatheads?

I have only been in love once. He decided to go into pro-cycling at 38 years old. He has an awesome ass and legs. I think I am just attracted to fit people. My only girlfriend was fit. My childhood girlfriend of 17 years was a gym rat. Diet is an important subject. As far as living with a boyfriend/ girlfriend- he/she would HAVE to have the same health priorities. In the adult industry biz- I have yet to find someone with those goals- and share chemistry. But porn is for fun- not for settling down, I have found.

Do you see danger in the lifestyle you lead?

I only live once. While being rescued last year and literally facing death, I saw I have no regrets. I (sexually) swing (protected- mostly porn peeps) twice a month and love sex in that environment. People who are absolute sluts behind closed doors, as freaky as me. Why waste a night in a nightclub when I know what I want and its guaranteed. I climb mountains often times without a GPS as I love the adrenaline rush. I love not knowing when my last day will be. My life feels very much like a modern female 007. Sex, fitness, diet, extreme climbing…it must be my DNA make-up

Wound you say you have an addictive personality?

I would say its a fun personality. I listen to housewives around me at the gym and – um… that life is definitely not for me. I would not be happy to be what the outside world calls “saved” or “rescued” from this. My Knight in shining Armor has an AIM test and a Backpack!!!

Do you personal train others?

When I was 25, I went back to school for it. I did it. I enjoyed it. BUT I only want to have clients that want to change. If I did not see changes in them in a week… I would break up with them. It was not just about a paycheck. I had to see change. If people want to work out with me, they will join me. I will not go to them. I will not baby them. They either want their pizza or want their mini skirt. If someone misses a gym time with me- I won’t hound them or make them feel like shit. Its their choice.

Question on everyone’s mind- how did you loose the weight?

Low carbs- clean slow burning carbs in your diet. But initially it was less than 10 grams a day just to force the weight off. It comes down to how bad do you want it.

What is your current diet and whats your struggle?

My diet right now as I get to a competition weight is what is called carb cycling. Where I play with the amount of carbs in my diet. Or I might play with the amount of fat in my diet… constantly shocking the body as your body quickly adapts. You have to out smart it.  I eat 6-7 times a day.

What do you do for exercise?

Thankfully, at the moment, I have a very passionate gym partner. My bodyfat has dropped 3% in 3 weeks. We switch it daily as I said you body adapts to routine. Today, it was interval training on the stairmill for 20 minutes then 20 minute intervals on the tredmill. Or one day an hour of spin class and yoga… every day is completely different. I go 6-7 days a week.

Many models say they eat french fries and milkshakes… do you believe it?

Hell no! Some girls are genetic phenomenons but 95% of us without drugs and starvation really have to work hard.

The majority of porn portrays that  fat is not sexy, so why put out the boner killer story?

For those reading they want to know more than that which is skin deep. Then I will gladly tell. We all have out stories. Most all of America struggle with their weight, their metabolism… why not say, I’m not super human. I understand. I understand the 2AM drive-thru cravings, the chaffing thighs, the embarrassing stares people give you when you eat. I understand health insurance wars. I understand addiction. I understand waking up being forced to change your future. I understand fat and I understand thin..(er). I understand lack of self-control… I understand the vices that make my fans and co-workers tick. Being Larger than Life is sexy. Being a Super Human is what we want to see. But sometimes people want a small glimpse of reality.

What do you think of BBW now in porn?

My.. my… my… I mean, I could do drugs on camera, get hit by a car on camera, drink alcohol on camera or smoke on camera…Ha! as the Apostle Paul stated in the New Testament…” All things are lawful for me but not all things are profitable for me.”

Adult industry photographer Allan K has died of an apparent heart attack at the age of 35 this past Friday. The funeral is Wednesday May 26thwith a memorial service Sunday scheduled for May 30th.

A familiar face at adult movie industry events, Allan not to be confused with another adult photographer that uses the name Stills by Alan, captured the best of the lively porn scene during movie shoots and on red carpet lines at various parties and events around Los Angeles.

“I am really sad to hear this news,” stated adult movie director Will Ryder who last saw Alan K on the set of his production Not Mash XXX.

“He was a very nice guy and often times pitched in and rolled up his sleeves and went to work on our sets helping out wherever he thought we needed assistance without being asked. Just a real pleasant man and we will miss him.”

A regular with the EMM Agency which specializes in compiling thousands of photographs of favorite porn stars, Alan K, worked for ten years among the porn valley elite and enjoyed the late nights and pretty smiles that were a part of the chaotic scene.

Dominic Ace of the EMM Agency added, “This is sad news indeed. Alan had just shot a set on the Bluebird movie Sprint and he was looking forward to being on the set of X-Play’s Not Charlie’s Angels XXX next week.”

The funeral is 9:30AM Wednesday, May 26th at Forrest Lawn Cemetery 6300 Forrest Lawn Drive, Los Angeles, Ca. A memorial service will take place 11AM -2PM Sunday, May 30th at Iman, 3376 Motor Ave Los Angeles.Ca. 90034.

An official quote from the EMM Agency reads as follows; “Everyone here sends their condolences to Allen’s family and friends, Allen was a good friend who’s spirit will sadly be missed, as well as being an integral part of our team from the very beginning, words cannot express our gratitude for everything he has done for us, we will be forever grateful to him.”

“MILF of the Year” Will Make It the Best Memorial Day Ever!

It’s Memorial Day weekend and few things would make the weekend more memorable than spending a couple nights enjoying the sights of Lisa Ann, who has scheduled two shows this week at the Midnight Express in Smithville, TN.
