Exxxotica’s parent company has taken a legal shot against competing adult-consumer show operator Adultcon, claiming that its owner is squatting on 19 domain names.

The complaint, filed Tuesday at U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, comes just 10 days before the first Exxxotica Expo in Los Angeles.

The fan show got its roots with Exxxotica Miami Beach, which just celebrated its fifth event, while Exxxotica New Jersey is gearing up for its third show in November.

Adultcon is gearing up for its 19th show in Los Angeles in September. For years, Adultcon has held its show at the same venue, the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Both shows feature exhibitors, including porn stars, showcasing products and services in the adult world.

In the complaint, Exxxotica said that registered its name with the U.S. Copyright Office in 2008 and that Adultcon operators “intended to divert customers … for commercial gain and with the intent to tarnish or disparage the mark by creating a likelihood of confusion as to the source, sponsorship, affiliation and endorsement of the infringing sites.”

Exxxotica counsel claims Adultcon’s operator registered similar-sounding website names on Jan. 15, just months before Exxxotica announced it would be rolling out a show in Los Angeles.

The Adultcon-owned sites at the heart of the suit include Exxxotica-lv.com, ExxxoticaExpo-LA.com, ExxxoticaExpo-LV.com, ExxxoticaExpoLA.com, ExxxoticaExpoLV.com, ExxxoticaLA.com, ExxxoticaLasVegas.com, ExxxoticaLosAngeles.com, Exxxoticalv.com; ExxxoticaVegas.com; ExoticaExpo-LA.com, ExoticaExpo-LV.com, ExoticaExpoLA.com, ExoticaExpoLV.com, ExoticaLA.com, ExoticaLosAngeles.com, ExoticaLV.com, ExoticavaLasVegas.com and ExoticaVegas.com.

Each of the 19 domain names currently redirect to Adultcon.com.

The suit seeks not more than damages $100,000 for each alleged cybersquatted domain name.

Michael Fattorosi, who represents Exxxotica parent company Victory Tradeshow Management Group based in New Jersey, did not immediately return XBIZ calls for comment. Adultcon show organizer Renaud West also was unavailable.

Former tennis pro, Jennifer Capriati, 34, was rushed to St. Mary’s Hospital in West Palm Beach, Florida after overdosing on medications following a fight with her porn star ex-boyfriend and lead actor in Vivid Entertainment’s Batman: A XXX Parody, Dale DaBone (real name, Dale Rutter).

DaBone states that to make up for his adult entertainment past, he treated Capriati like a “princess” even though she allegedly cheated on him with several college men.

It is unknown the exact trigger of Capriati’s overdose following the fight, however there are several Twitter posts and drunken texts citing infidelity issues.

Among Capriati’s dozens of tennis titles ranging from U.S, French and Australian Opens and even an Olympic gold medal—her run-ins with the law has plagued the Wesley Chapel, Florida native. In 1994 she was arrested for marijuana possession and has not competed in a professional level since 2004.

There has been no word from DaBone about the overdose; however, Capriati’s father reported to TMZ.com that Jennifer is recovering well.

The 4077th M*A*S*H is set to come to life when Not® M*A*S*H XXX hits stores August 10th from X-Play/ LFP Video and the producers are hoping that the United States Congress doesn’t get a chance to see the movie or they might reinstate the draft.

“It really makes war seem like a lot of fun which of course war isn’t but this movie is and with the 4th of July holiday this week we want to dedicate our final days of editing Not M*A*S*H XXX to all of the men and women in uniform serving around the world,” stated the movie’s patriotic director, Will Ryder.

The movie is a red, white and blue picture-perfect porn parody of the popular television show “M*A*S*H” which ran on CBS from 1972 until 1983 climaxing with the most-watched television episode in U.S. history. The cast for the porn spoof many of whom were not even alive then was hand-selected from dozens who decided on a career in porn over one in the military and from early photos and gossip heard on the set, this might be the most accurate and entertaining porn parody of all time even giving Batman XXX a run for its money.

“Who cares?” wrote one gonzo porn fan on the popular news-blog site lukeisback.com making it perfectly clear that he was no fan of porn spoofs prompting Ryder to pause and wipe away an all-American tear.

“I agree there are way too many shitty porn parodies being thrown out there today but there are some really great ones too and I refuse to say that Not M*A*S*H XXX is our best or most accurate or most entertaining movie yet. I just refuse to say that even if it might be completely true because I don’t want to seem like I’m over-hyping while we have two wars going on and an oil spill in the Gulf.”

Eric Swiss, the 2010 AVN & XRCO Best Actor winner is spectacular as Hawkeye and Krissy Lynn is wonderfully bitchy as Major Hot Lips Houlihan.

The movie feels and looks like an episode of the tv show as Radar needs to get laid so Col. For the first time in Hollywood, “The Girls of Scandal,” Joslyn James, Holly Sampson, Melissa Smith and January Ryan (aka January Gessert) will appear live together.  These headline grabbing ladies are schedule to appear at EXXXOTICA Los Angeles (www.eXXXoticaExpo.com) presented by Hotmovies.com (www.HotMovies.com), on July 9th and 10th, and will be signing autographs and taking photos with fans.

Joslyn James, adult film actress and TV personality, was Tiger Woods’ mistress #11. Adult and mainstream actress, Holly Sampson, who has been in front of the camera in many capacities from 1998 to the present, was named as Tiger Woods’ Mistress #7. Melissa Smith is a Model and Dancer before being named as Jesse James’ #2 Mistress. Melissa actually penned an apology to Sandra Bullock for engaging her then husband soon after the story broke.
