A clergyman in Sweden has resigned after a computer virus he picked up from a hardcore adult website crashed the church’s entire computer network.

It was discovered that Father Gunnar Svensson, from the municipality of Strangnas, had been visiting porn sites when technicians were called in to repair the church’s computer issues and found that Svensson’s hard drive had been choked with thousands of visits to extreme hardcore XXX sites.

“He’d picked up a lethal computer virus which then infected every other PC linked to the same system,” said a Church of Sweden source who added– “Then they found thousands of visits to very unpleasant websites.”

With the discovery of his porn surfing made public, Father Svensson chose to resign from his position in the church, though authorities within the church have not yet decided whether Svensson should be officially let go from his position.
