Metro Interactive has announced the release of the highly controversial “Texas Vibrator Massacre” under the Loaded Digital label. The street date is on schedule for Tuesday, April 29, 2008.

Rob Rotten (www.punxproductions.com) weaves this twisted tale of five friends (Ruby Knox, Roxy DeVille, Bella Lynn, Seth Dickens, and Jack Vegas) who pick up a sketchy hitchhiker after a wrong turn in the backwoods of Texas. Soon after, their lives are thrown into a whirlwind of tattoo covered, cannabalistic, sex starved maniacs, voyeurism, and a gas powered vibrator wielding mutant.

“Rob continues to push the envelope and deliver some the most unique and acclaimed movies in the business today” said Rick Porras, Metro’s Director of Operations. “He continues to re-invent the genre of ‘Alt-Porn’ with his cult-like following, and his keen eye for successfully mixing hardcore with gore.”

Texas Vibrator Massacre made its debut at the MIP-TV Convention in Cannes, France and has already received top honors from AVN, earning their highest rating of 5-A’s, as well as a nod as Editors Choice in April 2008. Mike Albo of AVN writes; “Rob Rotten has grafted the sexual menace implicit in Tobe Hooper’s The Texas Chainsaw Massacre onto the sunny sexual utopianism of San Fernando Valley porn and created a dystopian worldview that’s downright entertaining to watch.”
