A posting on Thesmokinggun.com tells the story of an Ohio man who is being charged with using his cellphone camera to take nude pictures of a woman at a tanning parlor, who then hid the phone in his rectum in an effort to trick the police.

Jeffrey Barrier, a 41-year-old man allegedly stood on a chair to sneak photos of a nude woman in a booth getting a tanning treatment at Cincinnati’s Aloha Tanning salon. According to a Hamilton County Municipal Court affidavit, when the police later confronted Barrier about the incident, he kept denying having any involvement in the incident. Barrier also denied having a camera. However, a more thorough search of Barrier’s person led to the discovery of the camera. According to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office report, Barrier “did hide evidence in his anus.”

Barrier now faces charges of disorderly conduct for taking the photos, as well as obstructing official business for hampering a police investigation by hiding the camera phone in his anus.
