When we saw our illustrious and beautiful publisher down at the Exxxotica Miami show, something was a little different. We looked once, then twice and then said, “Holy shit!” Then we did what a bunch of other idiots probably did and asked, “Is that real?”

Look very closely… okay, you don’t have to look that close. Yup. Miss Tera Patrick has started a sleeve on her arm, and it looks fuckin’ amazing.

She said she always wanted a traditional dragon tat, and never the one to do things small, Tera went for it big time. She’s heading to Japan and meeting up with husband Evan Seinfeld (he’s been on tour in Australia and New Zealand with his band Biohazard who are opening up for Korn) to get the masterpiece finished the traditional way — by spending countless hours while an artist taps at her arm without using any machines.
