A story posted on Kirotv.com claims that a man dressed in women’s undergarments was exposing himself at the drive-thru window at an espresso stand in Parkland, Washington when a bikini-clad barista threw a cup of boiling water on him.

It was the third time the man had pulled up to the window and exposed himself at the Java Girls establishment when Jamae Feddock doused him with the boiling water. Feddock said that the first time the man approached the window he was wearing a white bra and panties and was touching himself in an inappropriate manner. Feddock and a co-worker dismissed the incident as some kind of sick joke, but then the man returned a second time. Feddock said when the man returned a third time at around 5 am, he was then wearing the underwear over his face. “He’s wearing hot pink panties now and the underwear that he was wearing is over his face and there’s a little peephole so he can see,” Feddock recounted.

After throwing the water on the man, the ladies tried to take down his license plate, but the man had covered that with women’s panties as well. “Oooh yeah” was the response the panty-wearing driver offered to being hit with the boiling water according to Feddock.

According to the Kirotv.com report police agencies are seeing an increase in the number of incidents of lewd behavior at coffee stands that employ provocatively dressed female servers.
