Actress, model and former Miss Ohio USA Pageant winner Candace Smith is among the contestants competing on “Survivor: Tocantins,” the latest season of the popular reality competition program.

In her bio on the show’s website, it mentions Smith’s resume as an entertainer as well as the fact that she graduated from Northwestern University School of Law. Missing from her bio is the fact that she was sued by actor Colin Farrell for her alleged role in a sex tape scandal.

In June of 2006, Farrell sued Smith over claims that she conspired with Nicole Narain, who was shot on tape having sex with Farrell, to distribute the sex tape without the actor’s knowledge or consent.

The case against her was later dismissed.

Smith’s credits include being one of Barker’s Beauties on “The Price Is Right” and appearances on “Entourage” and the big screen comedy Beerfest.
