TheSmokingGun.com has posted a story, complete with the police report, of a Wisconsin man who was arrested for burglaries that involved the theft of the bras and panties of his female victims.

Christopher Sullivan, 43, is being charged with five counts of felony burglary according to an affidavit filed in Winnebago Circuit Court for illegally entering the homes of at least five women and stealing panties, bras and photographs from the residences. The affidavit goes on the claim that Sullivan would then superimpose the women’s images onto pictures taken from adult magazines, and later mail these doctored images to the victimized women along with other strange photos that used Barbie dolls as props.

One female victim allegedly received an envelope from Sullivan that contained two Polaroid photos. One picture depicted “three Barbie dolls upside down, naked with their heads cut off.” The second picture depicted the victim’s head next to a decapitated Barbie. Written next to the picture was the message– “your head will be cut off, skinned, boiled, baked, we will have your skull on our table of sacrifice.”

Sullivan allegedly told police that he chose his upstairs neighbor as one of his victims because– “she and her boyfriend were having very loud sex,” and that disturbed him. He told police that he had chosen another of his female victims after she “caught his attention” while riding a lawnmower dressed in only a bikini.

Police searched Sullivan’s home and found a handwritten confession from the alleged perpetrator. In it he writes– “Recently I sent some threatening letters to; did damage to some property; and stole from some people that made me angry and frustrated.” The search also led to the police finding three headless Barbie Dolls with metal rods pierced through their knees.

Sullivan told the police that his intention was to “scare his victims.” According to the Oshkosh, WI police, Sullivan confessed that believed himself to be a “sexual predator.” However, his religion prevented him from raping or murdering his victims, as that would be a “grave sin.”

Sullivan faces more than sixty years in prison if convicted on all five felony burglary charges.
