Porn hall of famer Janine  was sentenced Monday to six months in federal prison after being found guilty of tax evasion. She was also ordered to live in a residential community corrections center for up to six months after her release from prison and one year of supervised release. She had originally faced up to a year in prison.

Janine had plead guilty this summer to intentionally not paying her income taxes in the sum of $294,000. Between 2000 and 2006, during a period in which she owed $200,000 in federal income taxes, she spent more than $750,000, investigators alleged. They also said that Janine earned $350,101 in 2004 alone, had failed to pay on a tax bill stemming from 1996 to 2002.

The former porn star has until March 10 to report to prison to being her sentence.
