jloJennifer Lopez has been in a furious legal battle trying to prevent ex-husband Ojani Noa from making a sex tape they made together public. And though she did win an early battle to prevent the release of the tape, a new court order states that Noa will be submitting the videos to the court next week. Once submitted to the court, the videos will be entered into open court record next week, which means that the media and the public will be able to get their hands on them.

Lopez had filed a $10 million lawsuit against Noa in early November after he came forward with the tapes, which are said to have been filmed on the couple’s 1997 honeymoon. On November 9, a California judge issued a restraining order on the footage, pending the Dec. 1 hearing.

The National Enquirer has reported that it has seen 11 hours of Noa’s video footage. Some of the highlights of the video reportedly include Lopez checking herself out in front of a bathroom mirror, clad in just a bra and panties, an ugly argument between Jennifer and her mom and J.Lo. jumping on a motorcycle in a short dress and no panties.

The judge also declined to prevent the media from airing the racy footage if any of the news or entertainment outlets were to get possession of it
