Several online news and gossip sites are reporting that Tiger Woods
has checked into a sex rehab facility in Arizona. However X17 Online
is reporting that the shamed golf legend may be in rehab recovering from some sort of reconstructive facial surgery.

X17 Online is saying that sports columnist, Furman Bisher, received messages from a “journalist” he believes to be “trustworthy.”
The message alleges that Woods needed the surgery after his wife Elin Nordegren hit him in the face with a golf club after seeing a text on Tiger’s phone from alleged mistress number one, Rachel Uchitel.

“Elin hit him on the right side of the face with the head of a 9-iron. When she struck Tiger, she put a huge gash in the right side of his face next to his nose… knocking two of his upper teeth out, and breaking the bone on the upper right side.”

Following the attack, a shoeless Woods allegedly ran out of the house as his wife continued to swing the club at him, and this led to the car accident that got the ball rolling on the shattering of Tiger Woods’ image.
