Wicked Pictures is pleased to announce that new releases from the company are currently topping the charts at both Adult Video News and Adult DVD Empire.

Director Michael Raven’s stylish Stormy Daniels vehicle Bound is currently #1 on AVN’s Retail Buzz chart, a top 100 list the magazine determines by tracking the “rental figures from traditional retailers and sales from traditional and online retailers.” Also charting on the list are such other recent Wicked DVDs as Brad Armstrong’s dark Kaylani Lei thriller The Accidental Hooker, the Kirsten Price title Cockstar, Jonathan Morgan’s Carpool, and the newly released Public Service starring jessica drake.

Wicked is also locking down the #1 position over at Adult DVD Empire (www.adultdvdempire.com), where The Accidential Hooker is topping the charts for both DVD and V.O.D. (Video On Demand) sales. The website has been raving about the company’s recent output, giving The Accidental Hooker a “perfect” review and touting director/star Stormy Daniels’ recent Predator II: The Return as one of the year’s best releases, saying “All-girl movies don’t get much better than this one. Predator II: The Return is yet another jewel in the increasingly impressive crown worn by Stormy Daniels. Don’t miss it!”  Wicked Pictures is currently the #1 company in both DVD and V.O.D. sales on the site.

This chart-topping success comes at a time when Wicked is preparing to unleash two of its biggest titles for 2008: Armstrong’s gothic fantasy romance Fallen, and Raven’s erotic horror thriller The Wicked. These eagerly awaited titles are currently slated for a Fall, 2008 release. And speaking of Michael Raven, just last night (Sunday, July 27th) one of his blockbusters from last year, Supernatural, won Best Overseas Film (USA) at the ETO Adult Industry Awards in England.
