As reported in Metro.co.uk, a union representing Dutch nurses is launching a national campaign against patients demanding sexual services as part of their standard care.

The union, NU’91, is calling the campaign ‘I Draw The Line Here’, with an advert that features a young woman covering her face with crossed hands.

The union said in a statement on Thursday that the campaign follows a complaint it had received in the last week from a 24-year-old woman who said a 42-year-old disabled man asked her to provide sexual services as part of his care at home.

The young woman witnessed some of the man’s other nurses offering him sexual gratification, the union said. When she refused to do the same, he tried to dismiss her on the grounds that she was unfit to provide care.

‘This type of action is not part of the job responsibilities of carers and nurses,’ NU’91 said.

The case has been reported to police, the union added.

Swedish news site, TheLocal.se published a report about an anonymous Swedish police officer who posted on his blog that he and another officer liked to rub their penises against cars driven by female co-workers.

Writing a blog under the pseudonym Farbror Blå (Uncle Blue), the self-professed officer revealed that he and his cop buddy “bell-ended” the door handles, window buttons, gear stick, steering wheel, stereo buttons and the police radio buttons, as well as the receiver used to talk to the operations room”.

The practice of bell-ending, or ollning, involves a man touching an object with the tip of his cock and has established itself as a recurring form of practical joke in Sweden. The term comes from ollon, the Swedish word for glans.

As reported by TheSmokingGun.com, an ex-employee of Lenny Dykstra is accusing the former baseball star of groping her breasts and trying to push her down on a bed in his Los Angeles mansion after the ex-athlete solicited a “blow job,” according to a federal court filing.

In a U.S. Bankruptcy Court complaint, Jacqueline Massaro describes an incident that allegedly occurred last May at Dykstra’s Woodland Hills estate (according to Massaro, Dykstra hired her that month as his “Estate Manager/Personal Assistant”).

A few days after getting the job, Massaro–who lived in San Diego–was summoned one night by Dykstra to drive three hours to his home. When Massaro arrived around midnight, Dykstra was not home, according to her February 19 complaint. When he got there, Dykstra, 47, yelled at her to get to work. Since it was nearly 1 AM, Massaro asked, “what he could possibly want her to do.”

Dykstra, who played 12 Major League seasons and won a World Series championship with the New York Mets, then told Massaro to get the “fuck out of my house, it’s not going to work out, just leave.”

Massaro contends that when she went to her room to pack for the return trip to San Diego, Dykstra came into the room and said, “So, you have nowhere to go, give me a blow job and you can stay the night.” Massaro claims that after she complained of being disrespected, Dykstra proceeded to put his hands on her breasts “while trying to push her onto the bed.” Massaro said that she screamed, escaped Dykstra’s clutch, and ran out of the house and drove away.

Massaro’s complaint was filed in bankruptcy court, where Dykstra last year sought Chapter 11 protection, citing liabilities of $37.1 million and assets of $24.6 million.

Massaro’s complaint came at the deadline for the filing of “adversary actions,” which seek to determine whether certain debts can be discharged during the bankruptcy process.

According to a report on Metro.co.uk, a woman in Germany called the police to report ’suspicious noises’ in her apartment. However, when the officers arrived they found that the cause of the noises was in fact a vibrator.

The news report says that the noise was so loud that it was even audible over the phone when the woman called the emergency services. Concerned, police dispatched a patrol car to confront the suspected intruder, in the city of Bochum, western Germany.

A police statement said: ‘Daringly, and with the occupier’s permission, one of the officers opened the drawer of a wardrobe where the noise was coming from.

‘Underneath some clothes he found a very personal, battery-operated object which had obviously switched itself on… The tenant’s face abruptly changed colour.’

The police then wished the woman a pleasant evening and went on their way, the AFP news agency reports.

After nearly two years of attempts, X-Play has finally been granted a trademark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office for usage of the word ‘Not’ in an adult movie title.

With high profile movies such as Not the Bradys XXX, Not Bewitched XXX, Not the Cosbys XXX, Not Married with Children XXX, Not Airplane XXX: Flight Attendants, and many others that have become franchise type properties, the Registered Trademark supplies protection from other companies wishing to capitalize on the good name that X-Play has created with their Not…XXX series of best-selling porn.

“We had to gently ask companies over the past year or so not to use the word ‘Not’ in their adult movie titles and a few companies agreed and changed their titles particularly those in the parody arena,” stated Jeff Mullen president of X-Play.

“However with the proliferation and popularity of the porn parody by so many companies it became more important than ever to protect our Not…XXX brand and we now have legal rights to keep others from using the word ‘not’ especially at the beginning of their movie title,” Mullen who directs using the name Will Ryder continued.

Recent movies such as Not Really the Dukes of Hazard and Not Another Porn Movie produced by other companies are examples of titles that will not be able to continue in sequels with their present titles. Not Really Taxi is another.

“We will not take any action against our friends in the industry that have already released movies using the word ‘not’ especially since we elected to remain quiet as our final stages of Trademark acceptance were completed but anybody planning new movies or sequels should think up another title without using the word not,” Mullen said with a smile.

“A few executives even doubted that we would be granted a trademark but still changed their titles and we appreciate that but now we have been granted the trademark.  I was not aware of the Dukes parody until they had already printed up artwork so we really didn’t want to make a big deal of it because we are friends with everybody at that company and who knows we might do business with them one day soon.”

The award-winning production team at X-Play understands the irony in all of this considering that spoofs of blockbuster classic television shows are the basis of their porn parody success but still they understand they must prevent confusion which might result from other companies capitalizing on the good name and brand awareness that they have created among those that purchase adult movies.

“New Sensations has their brand of adult parody titles, Hustler has their unique title prefix, Devils has theirs, Zero Tolerance and PopPorn have theirs and others go out of their way to make sure they create their own identify but the use of the word ‘Not’ should now be avoided,” Mullen suggested.

He also makes note that the adult movie business usually goes out of their way to inform the audience that porn movie parodies are not created or endorsed by the television production companies that brought to market the original television shows which tends to avoid any confusion in the marketplace among reasonable thinking people.

X-Play’s only problem now is that they cannot locate the little letter r inside the circle on their computers that signifies a US Trademark.  “Maybe we can borrow one from Digital Playground,” Mullen said jokingly.  “They have a lot of registered trademarks over there.”

X-Play is looking forward to the release of Not Married with Children XXX 2 on March 23rd and reports that the recently released Not the Cosbys XXX 2 is more popular and getting better critical acclaim than the 2010 AVN Award winning Best Parody Not the Cosbys XXX with also picked up awards from NightMoves, XCritic, CAVR and Rogreviews.
