An Italian man is demanding $280,000 in a lawsuit which claims that his wife’s constant bitching left has made him impotent.
According to the story on Ananova, Sergio Vinucci, from Parma, reports that he has “medical evidence” to support his suit.
“All she ever does is complain,” he said. “It is extremely stressful and it has left me unable to be a man. I want some compensation.”

Candice also said that she is proud of Cynthia filing for divorce, and wants Mrs. A-Rod to know it. She added, “Good for her, I think she’s doing the smart thing. And she’ll probably get tons of cash.”

Are you fucking kidding me? What I mean is, does any part of your tiny middle-manager brain really think happiness - actual smiling, laughing happiness is possible during a menstrual period? Did anything mentioned above sound the least bit pleasurable? Well, did it, James? FYI, unless you’re some kind of sick S&M freak girl, there will never be anything ‘happy’ about a day in which you have to jack yourself up on Motrin andKahlua and lock yourself in your house just so you don’t march down to the local Walgreen’s armed with a hunting rifle and a sketchy plan to end your life in a blaze of glory. For the love of God, pull your head out, man! If you just have to Slap a moronic message on a maxi pad, wouldn’t it make more sense to say something that’s actually pertinent, like ‘Put down the Hammer’or ‘Vehicular Manslaughter is Wrong’, or are you just picking on us?
Sir, please inform your Accounting Department that, effective immediately,there will be an $8 drop in monthly profits, for I have chosen to take my maxi-pad business elsewhere. And though I will certainly miss your Flex-Wings, I will not for one minute miss your brand of condescending bullshit. And that’s a promise I will keep. Always.

Today’s New York Post’s “Page Six” gossip column reported that director Quentin Tarantino is remaking Russ Meyer’s 1965 cult classic Faster, Pussycat, Kill! Kill! and is eying up Tera Patrick to star in the role of “Varla,” made famous by Tura Santana in the original.
According to a source of the gossip column, they said, “Quentin loves her, and she’s a dead ringer for the original star Tura Santana.”
Tera told “Page Six,” “It would be the hottest remake ever, and I’m honored to be considered. I was built for this part.”
(No Ratings Yet) Loading ...Not even 24 hours after TMZ.com posted a story about the sex tape starring Verne Troyer along with a clip of the actual tape, Troyer has filed suit against the celebrity news site claiming that posting the clip violated his rights.
The story, as posted on TMZ.com says that Troyer has filed a $20 million lawsuit charging that, “TMZ violated his privacy rights and infringed on his copyright and trademark by running portions of the tape on TMZ TV and TMZ.com. He also alleges TMZ violated his right of publicity and misappropriated his name and likeness.” Along with the monetary compensation, Troyer’s legal team also filed an injunction seeking to prohibit and further displaying or other dissemination of the sex tape.
The sex tape features the actor, who portrayed the “Mini Me” character in the Austin Powers movie franchise, and his then girlfriend Ranae Shrider, a 22-year-old aspiring model, engaging in a sexual encounter. According to the TMZ.com story, Troyer claims that the tape was stolen. It is being reported that the tape has found it’s way into the hands of Kevin Blatt, who was the man behind the distribution of the Paris Hilton sex tape, and that Blatt is working on a deal to distribute the Troyer tape. Kevin Blatt is also named as a defendant in the Troyer lawsuit.

Rumblings are that Adam & Eve and brunette beauty Ava Rose are parting ways at the end of her current contract set to expire in the beginning of July.
The energetic performer has been the star of such hit films as Pulp Friction, Lady Scarface, Eden, and the recent best-seller Carolina Jones and the Broken Covenant. She also appears in the upcoming co-production with Zero Tolerance, Roller Dollz. Those close to Ava say that she is interested in continuing in the adult industry, and would be very open to a contract with another studio.
Ava broke into the industry at the same as her sister Mia Rose in January 2006. Shortly thereafter, Ava was signed by Adam & Eve as a contract star and appeared in roughly 25 movies for the North Carolina based producers, earning various award nominations along the way.

Mike Myers was in Greece recently when some bad food caused him to fall ill. According to a story posted on Contactmusic.com, Myers says that his doctor blamed the illness on the comedian spending too much time gratifying himself sexually.

Jeffrey Barrier, a 41-year-old man allegedly stood on a chair to sneak photos of a nude woman in a booth getting a tanning treatment at Cincinnati’s Aloha Tanning salon. According to a Hamilton County Municipal Court affidavit, when the police later confronted Barrier about the incident, he kept denying having any involvement in the incident. Barrier also denied having a camera. However, a more thorough search of Barrier’s person led to the discovery of the camera. According to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office report, Barrier “did hide evidence in his anus.”
Barrier now faces charges of disorderly conduct for taking the photos, as well as obstructing official business for hampering a police investigation by hiding the camera phone in his anus.

The New York Daily News is reporting that 52-year-old Macrida Patterson is blaming a “design flaw” in the garment as the reason the piece of metal came detached from the thong, and lead to her receiving severe damage to her cornea when it struck her in the eye.
Ms. Patterson is employed by the Los Angeles Department of Transportation as a traffic officer, and she claims to have missed several days of work due to the underwear malfunction. Jason Buccat, who is representing Ms. Patterson’s legal interests in the case, claims that the injury she suffered will affect her “the rest of her life.”
According to the Daily News report the garment in question is a “low-rise v-string,” an item from Victoria’s Secret “Sexy Little Thing” line. The v-string is a thong that is similar to the more commonly known “g-string” and has a reputation for being able to better conceal panty lines.
Victoria’s Secret officials responded to the suit by requesting to examine the alleged defective lingerie item. However, Patterson’s lawyer has advised her not to surrender the garment.

In the story posted on Dailytimes.com.pk, Hopka claimed £10,000 in tax allowances for the cost of set furnishings in his XXX productions. These claims are being investigated, and inspectors (both men and women) have the assignment of watching all of Hopka’s releases to see if the money was indeed spent on set design.
Maria Nagy, a Northern Hungary tax boss, addressed the sticky situation. “It’s a hard job. Porn movies are known for showing the action, not the bed or the carpet it is happening on. Often we just see a lot of flesh and a little bit of silk, and just from that we have to determine whether that piece of silk is really the bedding the producer claimed his money back for.”

This study, which was conducted by a German lifestyle website, surveyed over 2,000 women between the ages of 18 and 49.
The results showed that 62 percent of women who completed their education admitted that they frequently experienced difficulty reaching climax. On the other hand, only 38 percent of the women surveyed that were of a lower educational qualification admitted to experiencing these same difficulties.
Based on these findings, the German study concludes that the more intelligent women are thinking too much in bed, and it is having a direct impact on their ability to be satisfied sexually.

Reality tv personality and MySpace star Tila Tequila told usmagazine.com that she thinks gay marriage was legalized due to her. The openly bisexual girl said, “”It is because of me — I definitely think (my show) has helped the movement. Before it came out, everyone was still a little apprehensive about (same sex relationships). Then they realized, ‘Wow, everyone is really into this stuff, and it is fine.’ The next thing you know, (gay marriage) is legal.”

Rate This Post: (No Ratings Yet) Loading ...World news source Reuters.com reports that Samuel Ong, a 19-year-old man from Singapore, has been banned from owning a camera phone for one year after having been found guilty of covertly taking photos of a woman on the toilet in an airport.
Earlier this year Ong snuck into the ladies room at the Changi Airport in Singapore, where he placed his camera phone under a cubicle door in an attempt to take pictures of the woman in the stall using the toilet. The woman caught Ong taking her picture, and notified the police.
Ong pleaded guilty, and was sentenced to being banned from owning a camera phone for a year. His sentence also includes having to observe a curfew, psychiatric treatment and 60 hours of community service.
Rate This Post: (No Ratings Yet) Loading ...The stripper that had filed a $25,000,000 lawsuit against legendary boxer Oscar De La Hoya withdrew her suit yesterday when experts determined that pictures of De La Hoya in fishnet hose, panties and high heels, that she alleged were real, were instead doctored images.
Milana Dravnel originally claimed that the photos were real, and had been taken in 2007 at a hotel in Philadelphia. When the photographs leaked onto the Internet, De La Hoya was quick to say the photos were altered and not authentic. Dravnel filed suit against De La Hoya for slander, and claimed that people in the boxer’s camp urged her to sign an agreement claiming she could not prove the photos were authentic.
A story posted on nydailynews.com reports that Dravnel had little choice but to drop her lawsuit after experts concluded that the photos were indeed digitally manipulated.
“Oscar’s always claimed the photos were false,” Judd Berstein, lawyer for De La Hoya said in the nydailynews.com report. “We had experts conclude that they were doctored. She was facing very large damages and so she agreed to drop the case. The case would have been dismissed anyway.”
When Dravnel’s lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo was asked for his reaction to the findings of the experts outside Manhattan Federal Court- “No comment” was his only response.
