A man from Galilee, whose  ‘overzealous’ circumcision,left him with a 1.2″ penis, was the recipient of a rare medical that added size and functionality to his damaged organ.

Israeli plastic surgeon Prof Yaron Har-Shai adapted a technique which restores the flexibility of skin after hand and facial burns to the severed unit in order  to ‘rehabilitate’ the man’s penis and restore its function.

Ibrahim, 21, had been left with a tiny penis with scar tissue that prevented  him getting an erection, and his fiancee left him when she learned he was ‘unable to fulfill his marital duties’.

The surgery restored it to 4.3″ – and just two months later he had functional erections.

Metro.co.uk reports on a controversial sports event that looks to rival the popularity of the Winter Olympics.

A topless tobogganing event took place over the weekend in Germany despite the protests that the nude sledding event has drawn from those who turn a cold shoulder to the public exhibition of skin and athletic competition.

Some  30 male and female competitors, clad only in underwear, bounced their way down a 100 meter track on sleds while an estimated 14,000 of spectators look on and cheered.

Christian Schmidt, 26, won the event, while one 70-year-old man got the biggest round of applause for stripping down to his long johns.

‘It was very cold, and because of that some of those girls would definitely had a bit of an advantage in a photo finish,’ said one gutter-minded fan.

The event came after officials in another German town tried to put a stop to Germany’s first ever topless tobogganing championships, after the mayor said he was ‘offended’ by the spectacle.

In that event, in Oberwiesenthal near the border with the Czech Republic, ladies competed for cash prizes of around 300 pounds, while being required only to wear a hard helmet and footwear.

Liberal party mayor Mirko Ernst had threatened a ban. ‘The good name of Oberwiesenthal is at stake,’ he said.

As reported in the Las Cruces Sun News, a high school class in Cliff, New Mexico got a little more of an education that they bargained for when thet were exposed to some porn footage while watching a video about the Treaty of Versailles.

A substitute teacher was overseeing the class as they watched a program that was taped off the  History Channel. It was later discovered that the program apparently had been recorded over a porn tape.

The teacher told school officials he was shocked by the porn and that he had received the tape from a friend. The videotape apparently was shown at least twice in the classroom without incident.

Superintendent Dick Pool won’t disclose if any action was taken against the teacher.

Several parents spoke at a school board meeting Thursday. Parent Francesca Estevez said Cliff, located in rural southwestern New Mexico, is “very cohesive” and the videotape “was not acceptable by community standards.”

Pool apologized to parents.

According to various sources, porn legend Jamie Gillis passed away on Friday in New York City at the age of 66 after a short battle with cancer.

A private ceremony will be held, after which Jamie will be creamated. It was his wishes that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the NYC Police Athletic League, an organization that assisted him as a boy and continues to aid New York City children. In Switzerland hookers are being trained to use defibrillators to prevent clients with heart problems from dying during sessions according to a report posted on  Telegraph.co.uk.

Brothel owners in the Lugano area say electric shock treatment to restart customer’s hearts is needed because so many elderly customers are using their services. The most recent victim was a pensioner, thought to be having fun with the help of anti-impotence medication.

His death followed a series of other incidents, some fatal, in which heart attacks have claimed brothel customers in the area.

The owner of one sex club said: “Having customers die on us isn’t exactly good publicity”.

Local health experts are said to have backed the plans to stock defibrillators in sex clubs and brothels.

According to the British Heart Foundation: “Modern defibrillators are becoming increasingly quick and easy for the lay person to use, which can mean the difference between life and death”.

As reported in the New York Times, three Muslim women in Malaysia have been caned for having extramarital sex. The canings made the three woman the first in the country to receive the punishment under Islamic law, a government official said Wednesday.

The caning has fueled debate about whether Islamic conservatism has intruded into people’s personal lives in Malaysia, a country with a Muslim majority and a traditionally moderate form of Islam. Another woman, Kartika Sari Dewi Shukarno, a 32-year-old mother of two, was sentenced to caning last year for drinking beer. Her sentence has not been carried out.

The canings took place Feb. 9 at a prison near Kuala Lumpur. The women had been convicted in an Islamic Shariah court of having sex outside of marriage, according to a Home Ministry official. Each received four to six strokes of a rattan cane, the official said on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to make public statements.

As reported in the Daily Telegraph, a retired woman in Germany checked into the hospital for knee replacement surgery and wound up receiving a new anus instead.

The mix up began when the woman was mistaken with another patient who had been  suffering from incontinence, and was scheduled to have surgery on her sphincter.

The clinic in Hochfranken, Bavaria, has since suspended the surgical team.

Now the woman wi the new anus is planning to sue the hospital. She still needs the leg operation and is searching for another hospital to perform the surgery.

The Chicago Sun Times reports that a porn bookstore in Melrose Park, IL, which happens to be run with the help of a former crooked cop with ties to the mob, offers a party room in the back where couples and singles have multiple sex partners as part of organized, late-night sessions.

Admission to the room is  $30 or more per person to get in to the party room, and patrons are invited to sit at chairs and tables or get up on a stage and partake in the activities, according to people familiar with the business.

Finger foods, such as chicken wings, are provided. They also offer drinks.

And despite months of investigation by local and county officials, there’s apparently nothing illegal about it.

The report says that there is no prostitution at the business, and no illegal drugs, just consenting adults doing their own thing.

Since last year, the Cook County sheriff’s police has sent in undercover officers on several occasions and found nothing illegal happening, a spokesman said.

Melrose Park Mayor Ronald M. Serpico said he’d rather not have the business in his town but there’s nothing he can do about it. His own police have investigated it and called in the Cook County sheriff for assistance. The Cook County Department of Public Health investigated and found no issues, Serpico said.

The pornography bookstore meets village zoning requirements for such businesses, which were set up after Melrose Park was sued in federal court over the issue.

Serpico argued that the vast majority of Melrose Park residents don’t even know the business is there or what goes on there, given its location.

A man in Fort Walton Beach, FL finds himself charged with indecent exposure for pulling out his erect penis at the Florida State Vocational Rehabilitation Office.

Upon his apprehension, the 30-year-old man had explained to police that he thought a female office worker was “digging him,” so he pulled it out to show her.

According to police reports, the female victim was “visibly upset” when the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office deputy arrived to take the report. She said when she went into the waiting room to get the man, he was sitting on the couch, with his genitals exposed. She said she was horrified and that the man got up and left the building after putting his boner away.

The man told the deputy he was there for an appointment. When asked about the exposure incident, he “smiled slightly” and confessed that he thought the woman was “digging him.”

A man wearing crotchless panties and his own underpants around his neck was arrested in Mesa, AZ last Saturday.

When police approached the semi-nude man, he was also waving  a plastic bag filled with drugs.

The suspect, identified as Edward Rodriguez, whose age was unavailable, later admitted to using the drugs, police said.

The incident began about 10:20 p.m. when neighbor called police to report a suspicious man hiding in a ditch behind a vacant home near Broadway Road and Mesa Drive, police said.

When an officer approached the man, he noticed he was shirtless and wearing women’s pants with a hole in the crotch exposing his genitals. The man also was wearing his underwear around his neck, police said.

The officer also noticed numerous pornographic items around him.

When contacted by the officer, Rodriguez placed his hand in a drainage pipe and removed a plastic bag filled with a white powdery substance, which later tested positive for methamphetamine, police said. The man also showed the officer aluminum foil with a burnt section in the middle, a common way of smoking the drug.

Rodriguez was booked on possession of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Blade in Toledo,  OH reports that a local strip club has raised  $1,000 for Haitian earthquake relief during what was billed as “Lap dances for Haiti.”

Marilyn’s on Monroe in Toledo donated the $10 cover charges collected Saturday to ISOH (I-S-O-H)/IMPACT, an organization based in suburban Perrysburg that provides food and clothing for Haiti. Marilyn’s general manager Kenny Soprano says his establishment had been looking for a reason to hold a charity fundraiser even before the quake, as a way to improve its image.

He says you don’t hear much about strip clubs giving back to the community. ISOH/IMPACT CEO Linda Greene doesn’t have a problem with where the money came from. She says her group appreciates any donations to help Haiti.

New York City’s very own Museum of Sex has a new exhibit entitledRubbers: The Life, History & Struggle of the Condom,” which features a dress created by Brazilian artist Adriana Bertini made of 1,200 hand-dyed condoms.

According to a New York Post report, Bertini has been crafting clothes made from quality-test rejected condoms for the last decade and her creations have been shown around the globe.

The Museum of Sex exhibition also traces the evolution of barrier protection from fish bladders and gourds to vulcanized rubber and designer carrying cases. And there is a part dedicated to the sexually transmitted diseases condoms prevent.

In Orlando, FL a new mom is accusing a police officer of groping her and squeezing out milk from her breasts.

Rachelle Cortez charges that the offense was carried out against her by officer Brandon Loverde. “Then he handed me my water and he kneeled down and he started touching my boobs and talking about how nice they were,” Cortez said.

The alleged incident occurred outside Firestone nightclub after a concert in December.

“He told me not to move where I was at, where he put me, so I just stood where I was at. I didn’t move, not one bit,” Cortez said.

Cortez, who turned 21 years old since the incident, told an Orlando sex crimes investigator that Loverde held her against her will and touched her without permission.

Loverde was working security at the club while off duty when Cortez and her friends were kicked out.

Cortez said Loverde escorted her to a dark parking lot alone and took advantage of his position as an officer. She said she just had a child and was lactating, and Loverde squeezed milk from her breast, and said he wanted to do more.

“Then he tried reaching for my other, my boob, and I pushed his hand away that my bra strap broke, I mean, my shirt,” Cortez said.

Loverde was relieved of duty on Dec. 17 and criminally charged with false imprisonment and battery.

Surveillance video taken nearby shows the sequence of events after Cortez was kicked out of the club, but does not show the incident itself.

One of the documents released Thursday shows that Cortez passed a polygraph test.

The first topless sledging tournament was due to take place in Oberwiesenthal, Germany, next month. But local councillors are trying to ban the event, as they seem think it might have a negative  effect on the town’s reputation.

Mayor Mirko Ernst said: ‘No one has anything against the traditional annual sledging events. But the vast majority of residents oppose the topless sledging idea. The good reputation of our town would suffer.’

Topless sledging organiser Jochen Noeske tried to allay any fears that the event might have sleazy overtones, diplomatically saying: ‘I want our tournament to be a mega festival of boobs.’

He added: ‘I hope they don’t ban us – but if they do, we’ll take the competition over the border to the Czech Republic where they are not so stuffy.’
