TheSmokinggun.com has brought us another Craigslist sex ad prank that has led to an arrest.

Kari Heath,20, from Wisconsin finds herself facing felony charges for allegedly posing as an ex-boyfriend and posting a personals ad on Craigslist.com seeking other men to call him at work and “talk dirty to him.”

The criminal complaint states that Heath placed the ad last month after arguing with her boyfriend Joseph Strasburg. The ad was posted in Craigslist’s “Casual Encounters” section, and the posting included several photos of the 24-year-old Strasburg, including one explicit image, and his business phone number.

Strasburg notified the police when a man called his job responding to the ad. The former boyfriend told investigators that Heath subsequently sent him a text message admitting responsibility for the prank, which resulted this week in her arrest for identity theft.

When interviewed by police, Heath admitted placing the online ad in Craigslist’s “personal column, homosexual section.”

This arrest happened only a few days after a Texas man allegedly posed as a female acquaintance and posted a Valentine’s Day ad offering sexual favors and a promise to “moan like Shamu” on Craigslist.

Fahim Ansari, a suspect in the Mumbai Massacre back in November of 2008 is claiming that a female FBI agent tortured him with sex as part of his interrogation process.

Ansari is accused of helping the jihadi gang that killed 173 people and injured over 300 others during the attacks that took place between November 26-29 in Mumbai, India.

The suspect charges that the female agent performed a sex act on him against his will, and as he is a devout Muslim, this act fits the definition of torture.

Ansari alleges that the woman stripped him naked, showed him hardcore porn flicks and abused him all night, leaving wounds and bite marks on his body.

Ansari, who is a member of the Lashkar-e-Taiba terror group behind the Mumbai Massacre, was arrested with five other suspects following the attacks in November.

Ejaz Naqvi, Ansari’s legal counsel, has filed papers alleging the FBI agent “sexually harassed him,” while a court in the Mumbai ordered medical checks on “wounds on his private parts and all over his body.”

If I was elected President, I would…

…truly work on giving the country a real makeover; Maybe creating a special state where anything goes, like Nevada or something.

I would suggest focusing our efforts on education, as knowledge is power, and one of our biggest problems is us not investing in our own children, who hold the future in their hands.

I would make a “National Breast Awareness Day” as breast cancer is a serious issue, and it could be a kind of boob-celebration. Imagine the parade us porn stars could do.

I would also focus on lots of environmental issues. All the money in the world can’t buy us a new atmosphere.

Lastly, I would attend all foreign affairs meetings and negotiations with myself and my cabinet of hotties all in Mistress Couture Lingerie, and bearing gifts of Teravision DVD’s, Tera Patrick calendars, copies of GENESIS, and maybe even a good old-fashioned American lapdance. I think you get more with sugar than you do with vinegar!

Hey, if the Terminator can be governor, why not a porn actress for president? See you in the PINK house. Oh yeah, I’m painting it!

So many people are fascinated with the life of a porn star. Part of being a porn star is who you really are, while other things can be just your job. Many of you know so much about me and some probably just follow preconceived notions of the stereotypical porn star lifestyle one would think reflected my life, while probably nothing can be further from the truth.

The slight disappointment some of you may have to find out is that there is not a drug-fueled orgy at my house every day. I don’t discuss a lot of personal things with my fans, but this is a great opportunity to bend my rules a little bit and let you all into my world.

Although most of the time I am just being myself on and off camera, I have been known to act a bit crazy sometimes. Seriously though, there are some major differences between my porn life and my real life. The obvious question revolves around sex, and yes, I love it more than ever. Although I like variety, I spend so much time fucking in compromising positions (staircases in heels, on a cliff in Hawaii, reverse cowgirl anal under a waterfall), that in my private life, I really prefer just making love on a bed in my big cushy space mattress. I am such a pillow queen! I love to put my head down in the pillows and leave my behind up in the air. It makes me feel so vulnerable! I also really like sex in the shower and of course the standard one-on-one sex, missionary style.

On the set, everything is so much different. You are there to get your performance on, and as a professional I am able to lose myself in the moment but so many girls can’t escape and are busy wondering if they were doing a good enough job or if they look fat.

I spend so much time going out to events and being all dressed up, that the opportunity to just kick back at home with a glass of sweet Italian white wine with pink pajamas on is so welcome. It is not easy being well-known for how you look, because you don’t want anyone seeing you when you are not dressed up. I am far past that point, since I go out shopping or get on a plane with no makeup, a baseball hat and big bug sunglasses.

When I want to relax and escape the grind of the glamour world, I also like to stay home and be artistic. I am doing paintings right now—acrylic on canvas—of really beautiful, happy, simple pop art, and it really brightens my day. I also love to watch shows like “Seinfeld,” “Roseanne,” and “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” and love stupid movies like White Chicks . I love spending time with my little dog Chopper, who is my daily companion and who brings me so much joy. I also like to read all of the “weekly” mags, work on my websites terapatrick.com and myspace.com/terapatrick, and like most girls, I love to shop ’til I drop! I also enjoy lots of overseas travel and culture like museums. My favorite foods are Thai, Sushi and seafood. I also love ’80s music and classic rock like Journey and AC/DC, and a lot of heavy metal and techno/dance music.

But all good things must come to an end, so after chilling for a while out of the limelight, I eventually crave the fast lane and that is when I hop back in the saddle and “ride” baby! I have been very fortunate in my life and I wouldn’t change either the porn one or the real one for anything in the world.
