A trailer for the alleged masturbation footage Ashley Dupre made for ex-New York Governor Eliot Spitzer has found its way online.

The video at trashleydupre.com shows someone who at least looks like the accused call girl diddling her kitty.

Girls Gone Wild’s Joe Francis said in a statement posted on the web, “We have hours of footage of Dupre including her in some very interesting sexual situations.” Francis and GGW had been in litigation with Dupre, but she dropped a $10 million dollar suit a couple of weeks ago.

Girls Gone Wild Founder Joe Francis announced today that Girls Gone Wild will finally release the provocative video footage of Elliot Spitzer Hooker Ashley Dupré taken during Spring Break in 2003. “She clearly filed her lawsuit just for publicity,” Francis said. “Now that the distraction of this frivolous lawsuit is behind us and I have been vindicated, yet again, we’ve been given the green light to provide her with all the public exposure she could ask for.”

The call girl linked to former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer dropped her $10 million lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild and its founder and CEO Joe Francis after Francis released a video where Dupré appears covered by a terry cloth towel and gives her name as Amber Arpaio. An unseen GGW questioner asks if she is 18 and if the footage can be used on “Girls Gone Wild.” She says yes to both questions.   Her ID is then filmed.   Dupré dropped the lawsuit unconditionally Thursday most likely as a result of being proven to be a liar.

The suit had alleged that Girls Gone Wild and Joe Francis had ruined Dupré reputation by publicizing the video. Francis released footage proving that Dupré had willingly volunteered to perform for the Girls Gone Wild cameras after providing both a verbal and written release. Because Dupré had offered false identification and lied about her age on camera, the company initially declined to publish the material.

“It was preposterous to claim that I could somehow damage the reputation of a hooker,” Francis says. “We have hours of footage of Dupré including her in some very interesting sexual situations.  This footage as well as a detailed account of my encounter with Dupré and her sexual escapades with Girls Gone Wild cameramen will appear in the next issue of Girls Gone Wild Magazine” said Joe Francis.

Ashley Dupre, who rose to infamy as a hooker linked to disgraced New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, is reportedly being subpoenaed by lawyers for Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis to testify about her involvement in a prostitution ring.

The story, as reported on TMZ.com, says that Francis’ legal team are asking that Dupre testify under oath and on video about her dealings in the world’s oldest profession.

Dupre had filed a $10,000,000 lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild and Francis after the adult entertainment company had offered her a $1,000,000 deal, then took back the offer after the company discovered that a video of Dupre already existed in their vaults. Dupre’s suit claims that Girls Gone Wild ruined her reputation.
TMZ.com reports that GGW lawyers intend to question Dupre about subjects such as her use of aliases, fake IDs and fake web pages as a way to attack her credibility. A lawyer for Joe Francis is quoted as saying that after they are done with her they believe, “any jury will view her claims as frivolous.”

The TMZ.com story also quotes Francis as saying, “Now that we are calling on her to testify under oath, the world will learn the real truth about Ashley Dupre.”

Famed New York lawyer Don Buchwald, who is representing Dupre, responded to TMZ’s inquiry on the sordid matter by saying, “To the extent her testimony is needed, she will of course comply with whatever the rules are in Florida courts.”

In this season’s finale of “The Bachelor,” Lorenzo Lamas’ daughter, Shayne Lamas, was chosen to be the bride of the star of the reality show, Matt Grant.

Celebrity gossip site Hollyscoop reports that Shayne has posed for a six-page spread for Girls Gone Wild magazine. Publisher and founder Joe Francis says, “Shayne has a genuine girl next door quality. But she also happens to be very hot.”

According to a story reported in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, a woman has filed an invasion of privacy and battery suit against the owner of Girls Gone Wild, Joe Francis.

The woman, who was identified in the suit as “Jane Doe,” is claiming that, while at the former Rum Jungle bar on Laclede’s Landing in September 2005, her breast was exposed by production company employees when a strap from her top was pulled down without her consent. She goes on to claim that the footage of her bare breast was released in one of the company’s videos, Girls Gone Wild Sorority Orgy, without her permission and without her receiving any compensation.

Ms. Doe is seeking more than $25,000 dollars in a suit that names two Tulsa, Oklahoma production companies, RA Holding LLC and Mantra Films Inc., as well as two production employees and Joe Francis as defendants.

Ashly Dupre has had a busy week. First she reportedly hires Mariah Carey’s former manager to represent her, and now according to several sources such as TMZ.com and People magazine, she has filed a lawsuit against Joe Francis and his Girls Gone Wild line for “for exploitation of her name and image for profit.”

The 23-year-old former call girl who was at the center of New York Governor Eliot Spitzer’s resignation is suing for $10 million, claiming she was 17 when the footage was filmed and that she never gave permission to use her name or likeness. She also reportedly claims that crew members for the popular brand gave her alcohol, got her tipsy, and she did some things on camera which she did not want to as a result.

Joe Francis issued the following statement in response to a lawsuit allegedly filed by Ashley Dupré: “We were very surprised and in fact amazed today that Ms. Dupré filed a lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild. We have not publicly released any new video of Ms. Dupré, due to corporate policy of not using footage of individuals younger than 18. It is incomprehensible that Ms. Dupré could claim she did not give her consent to be filmed by Girls Gone Wild, when in fact we have videotape of her giving consent, while showing her identification. We did in fact offer Ashley via her New York attorney $1 Million to host and promote various Girls Gone Wild activities – She refused this offer and in fact if she’d like to reconsider, we’d be happy to discuss. She should keep in mind, it’s considerably more than the Governor of New York paid her, and our activities aren’t illegal,” said Joe Francis, CEO of Girls Gone Wild. “She’s seeking $10 Million for topless photos taken in front of a room full of people, including two newspapers and multiple crews we had in the room. These images were taken in public places and contain no sexual contact. We expect to triumph in this matter and continue to offer the best and hottest girls,” added Francis.

The premiere issue of Francis’ Girls Gone Wild magazine hit the stands last week, and it comes packaged with part one of the “Hooker Gone Wild” DVD series, starring Eliot Spitzer’s infamous call-girl, as well as an additional full-length Girls Gone Wild DVD.
